Notice of Proposed Board Member Compensation

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held before the Board of Directors of the West Bay Sanitary District at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 11, 2018, at the District Offices, located at 500 Laurel Street, Menlo Park, California to consider the adoption of an ordinance amending Section 209 “Board Member Compensation” of the District’s Code of General Regulations to increase the amount Board Members shall be compensated for attendance at meetings of the Board or for each day’s service rendered as a Director by request of the Board. The Board compensation is currently set at $207.27 per day, not to exceed six days in any calendar month.
