CONSTRUCTION NOTIFICATION
TO LOCAL RESIDENTS & PROPERTY OWNERS

Project: Bayfront Park Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project
Type of Work: Replacement and Construction of Sanitary Sewer Mains, Installation of Reclaimed Water and Telecommunication utilities
West Bay Sanitary District has contracted Ranger Pipelines Inc. to construct the project known as ‘Bayfront Park Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project’.
The overall schedule for construction in the Bayfront Park neighborhood is scheduled to take place between March 25, 2024 and December 31, 2024.
Project work involves replacing the sewer mains in proximity to Menlo Park Pump Station and also installation of reclaimed water and telecommunication utilities. We will try to minimize disruption as much as possible.
Regular working hours will be between the hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm except holidays. “No-parking” zones and traffic control will be implemented in advance of enforcement for safety reasons, however access to properties will be maintained at all times for local residents and emergency services.
Although some inconvenience may be unavoidable, we will make our utmost effort to minimize the disruption caused by these construction activities. Please remember that we are carrying out this work to repair/improve your existing sanitary sewer lines, and we greatly appreciate your patience with regards to our work.
