With over 30 years of administrative experience, Office & Communications Manager Todd Reese leads a team of employees dedicated to public service and the environment. Mr. Reese oversees the District’s front office activities including permits, inspections, and customer service. As Communications Manager Mr. Reese coordinates the District’s public outreach events, social media and public relations. In addition, he serves as Board Clerk and is instrumental in processing annual sewer service charges. He has been with the District since 2007. 

Education: BA Degree – San Jose State University 1992 – Communications, Minor - Business; State of California Notary Public.
