The District reserves and retains all rights and conditions set forth in the RFQ (including, but not limited to, those set forth in Section 7.4 of the RFQ).  By viewing the data and information contained herein, any party participating in the procurement process acknowledges and consents to the following District rights and conditions, including without limitation, with or without cause and with or without notice, the right to: (a) modify the procurement schedule; (b) suspend or terminate the procurement process for any reason whatsoever; (c) cancel, withdraw, postpone or extend any RFP, in whole or in part, at any time, without incurring any obligations or liabilities; (d) correct, amend, withdraw, supplement and/or otherwise modify data and information and any RFP issued; (e) decide not to award a DB Contract as a result of the procurement process, for any reason; (f) at any time prior to execution of the DB Contract, amend the contract services, omit services therein, or include services not currently contemplated therein; and (g) take any and all action affecting the RFP process, or the Project that is determined to be in the District’s best interest.
