Notice of Public Hearing: Sewer Service Charge FY 2022-2023

NOTICE IS GIVEN pursuant to Sections 5473, et. seq. of the California Health and Safety Code that the District Board of West Bay Sanitary District has, by general regulation, elected to collect its charges for sewer services for FY 2022-2023 on the tax roll in the same manner as general taxes and will cause to be filed with its Secretary a written report containing a description of each parcel of real property receiving sanitary sewer service from the District and the amount of the charge for each parcel.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that on Wednesday evening, July 13, 2022 at the hour of 7:00 p.m. at the meeting room located at the District’s offices, located at 500 Laurel Street, Menlo Park, CA or by Zoom or telephone.

The District Board will conduct a Public Hearing to hear and consider all protests and objections, if any, to the report.
Anyone wishing to address the District Board concerning these matters may do so in writing at or before the date of the Public Hearing or may be heard at the time of the Board’s meeting.
